Helping Young Adults Live Long, Healthy Lives
Nearly one million strong. That’s how many young adults (ages 18-24) live in Pennsylvania. But how many of you are as strong as you could be, health-wise?
You’ve finished high school, joined the work force, enrolled in college or other post-high school education, and your whole life lies ahead. And right now is the perfect time to take a look at your health-related habits to see what you need to change, get rid of, or keep doing.
Life is good, and we wish you a long and healthy one. If you need advice or help, please talk with your doctor about these recommendations.
